Hi Modz. I believe it's impossible to open the programs in the order you mentioned. If you do so, the rewire bridge isn't built. There's no sync of time or passing of audio and midi. Logic has to be first (master).
When you rewire an application, it inherits the settings of the master source. So all internal audio spec/setup options are controlled by one app. Can you imagine what would happen if you tried to run two different clock rates
The routing problem started when I created aux in's for rewire inputs.
Paul, as far as I'm aware, low latency mode in Logic only deals with latency caused by built in plugs. I tried it under rewire and it made no difference to the delay time.
Trev, main reason for not upping the def is because I'm not lucky enough to have an 8core macpro with endless amounts of ram. When it comes to doing the final business, I'll go hell for leather on buffer size and prey everything works at 24/96 !
I'll watch the vids, but I'm pretty sure I've not missed anything. There's more to it I found just, but I'll get back to you shortly after watching !
