Even if you dont, a decent quality non-rattly case, for eg Antec P182 still isnt cheap. OTOH if it rattles lots - not much point, or it comes under Audiable PC rather than Audio PC
Shuttles can make good little audio PCs as well.
BTW - Are your cases completely custom design/made with rubber dampers etc?
[Edit - never mind - I know which cases they are so answer to above is yes, sort of, and alot cheaper than the P182
