Even worse, it still carries the unwanted part when bouncing (on or offline). To stop it happening, you have to go back to 0, press start. Stop and then bounce.
Its not a big thing, buts its really annoying when you bounce and forget about it !

Experienced the same here with Logic - but it's a quirk I get used to.. I sort it more or less as Ed says..by adding perhaps half a bar to the cycle range at the beginning of the 'bounce' (and
always in realtime), pressing play then stop twice, that usually clears any unwanted artifacts for me..
