Auto map is great especially if your doing live gigs for quick adjustment of parameters, i haven't got the sl but my mate has and quality wise physically its cool, but not up to careless gigging you would have to look after it to some degree, no throwing it into the back of the van with the rest of the gear etc
no experience with warranty issues though. some more members will no doubtedly give more opinions and options so hold tight
