Started with a hand built sampler board for a Sinclair Spectrum with a selection of supplied and self written audio tools (Z80 assembler... woohoo!), then moved on to a RAM Music Machine add-on card also on the Spectrum... 4 part sample playback!
Then it was a more conventional route of Pro24 on the Atari 520STFM, Cubase on Atari, crossgrade to Cubase on PC once the Atari Falcon looked dead in the water and then up through all versions of Cubase
VST and Cubase SX to current Cubase 4.
