I have used ACID Pro 6 in the past and really liked it. The only problems I had with it (and they are major IMO)...are the absence of meters on the tracks (when not recording) and the apparent lack of interest from Sony to develop it any further.

Pro 6 was released way back in 2006 (April) IIRC. A very long time ago. I think
ACID Music Studio 7 has been available for months or longer now.
It seems strange to not release ACID Pro 7 after all this time.
